hello everyone, creator of hope for minds here,
I would like to start by saying, I hope everyone has had a good week and achieved there goals
as we move into a new week lets reflect on our achievements, and even make some new goals for the week ahead.
MY ACHIEVEMENTS OUR:
1. I BEGAN LEARNING LATIN
2. I CONTINUED TO PROGRESS MY SAFE SPACE (SHED)
3. I CONTINUED MY SMALL WALKS OUT SIDE
4. I THREW AWAY ALL MY BAD MEMORIES BY THROWING ALL MY OLD CLOTHES AWAY.
EXPLAINING MY ACHIEVEMENTS
I began the week, hopeful that I would continue to progress and move forward with my recovery, which I done and impressed myself with all the things I have managed to do achieve this week, lets go into a bit more detail.
I started the week by challenging myself, by just deciding to pick a random language to learn, to keep my mind busy, I did research on several language, but after consideration and my love for old scripture I decided LATIN.
This week my safe haven (my shed) has continued to grow and allow me to be able to go study in silence and allowed me to continue in my journey of renewal.
My journey continued to progress with small walks a little further each day, allowing me to gain confidence and knowing that freedom is on the horizon.
TO ME THIS IS BIG
During the beginning of my journey, certain items brought bad memories of the start of this terrible illness (anxiety & panic disorder)
So yesterday I took the leap of faith and courage to look through my personal belonging’s and to gather all the ones that reminded me of the past in a bin bag (trash bag). I gathered my thoughts built up my courage and told me myself I CAN DO THIS! Then with a deep breath I picked up the bag with determination I rushed to the front door without hesitation, opened the front door and walked with purpose saying “I CAN DO THIS”
I walked out the door with purpose to the recycling point it, it was only at the end of my street but to me that was a massive achievement, not only because I walked without worry, I even walked without my crutch.
With my head held high I walked back to my home, with a sense of accomplishment and lightness!
THIS HAS BEEN AMAZING WEEK
GOALS FOR THE WEEK AHEAD
To Finish of I would Like to encourage you all to set yourself a couple of goals, it doesn’t have to be something huge, just something achievable I.E. Getting out of bed, brushing teeth, opening the curtains, telling yourself you are enough, you are needed, you are stronger than you think.
I leave you all with this message of hope and encouragement.
Have a blessed week
