hello my eagles…
I hope this all finds you well… and I trust that you have all had a great week!
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” – 2 Timothy 1:7.

We were not born with a fearful mind… or a spirit of fear, this includes anxiety, etc
we should not be ashamed of who we are. We were born to have our own temple (our body); we should be proud of all of it and trust ourselves with our body, which knows us more than our minds do!
This means not letting your thoughts take over your mind. Overthinking can lead to all kinds of problems. Trust your body to take care of you, and it will.
If you are feeling ashamed of your thoughts, body, etc, just think to yourself Who am I trying to impress here? what really matters is your happiness. Do not let anyone put you down!
I have lived my entire life... letting people put me down! I am no longer scared to express my feelings towards others.
I am very thankful for the experiences that I have gone through. I had to go through all the anxiety, fear, etc, to find myself and to find a whole new confidence that I never even knew was in me!
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you, by worrying, add a single hour to your life?”
Matthew 6:25-27
The moral of this instalment is to say do not be ashamed of who you are…
we all have different battles; however, we are all connected with one another! We are all the same! I would like to say do not be ashamed of who you are, do not be ashamed of your beliefs… at the end of the day… it all comes down to what makes you happy! today, I say to you, start thinking about what makes you happy and just do it!

Lets pray
Heavenly Father, we thank you for the confidence you give us not to be ashamed of ourselves. We thank you for bringing peace and love of a sound mind… we ask you to help us to be bold but respectful to others who put us down.
In Jesus‘ Name Amen
creator of hope for minds
